These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) govern all sales concluded between YOSO Clothing (“the Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (“the Customer”) through the YOSO website, social networks, or any online sales platform operated by YOSO.
By placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms without reservation.

Courier issues
Exceptional circumstances beyond reasonable control
In accordance with Moroccan Law n°31-08 relating to consumer protection, customers may benefit from a withdrawal period for distance sales under applicable legal conditions.
Customers may request a return or exchange within [7 days] after receiving the order, provided that:
The item is unused
The item is in original condition
Tags and packaging are intact
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized products
Worn or damaged items
Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)
Return shipping costs are borne by:

If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must contact YOSO within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Designs
Visuals
Product names

is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.

Marketing communications (if consented)
YOSO undertakes to protect customer data in accordance with Moroccan law relating to personal data protection.
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting YOSO.
YOSO shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products or website.
The customer remains responsible for the proper use and maintenance of purchased items.
YOSO cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including:
Natural disasters
Transport strikes
Internet outages
Government restrictions
These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
Failing agreement, Moroccan courts shall have jurisdiction.
