1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) govern all sales concluded between YOSO Clothing (“the Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (“the Customer”) through the YOSO website, social networks, or any online sales platform operated by YOSO.

By placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms without reservation.

Business activity: Sale of clothing and fashion accessories
Country: Morocco


3. Products

YOSO Clothing strives to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of its products.

However, slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur depending on screen settings or manufacturing variations.

Product availability is subject to stock limits.


4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Delivery fees are indicated before final order confirmation.

YOSO reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are billed according to the rates in effect at the time of the order.


5. Orders

An order becomes final once payment is validated or confirmed by YOSO.

6. Payment Methods

YOSO does not store banking information.


7. Delivery

Deliveries are made within Morocco and internationally where available.

Estimated delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary due to logistics or force majeure.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

YOSO cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Courier issues

  • Exceptional circumstances beyond reasonable control


8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Moroccan Law n°31-08 relating to consumer protection, customers may benefit from a withdrawal period for distance sales under applicable legal conditions. 

Customers may request a return or exchange within [7 days] after receiving the order, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original condition

  • Tags and packaging are intact

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized products

  • Worn or damaged items

  • Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)

Return shipping costs are borne by:

  • The customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed after inspection and validation of the returned product.


9. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must contact YOSO within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

YOSO will offer:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund
    depending on the situation.


10. Intellectual Property

All content associated with YOSO Clothing, including:

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Visuals

  • Product names

  • Texts

  • Photos
    is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.


11. Personal Data Protection

Customer personal information is collected solely for:

  • Order processing

  • Delivery

  • Customer service

  • Marketing communications (if consented)

YOSO undertakes to protect customer data in accordance with Moroccan law relating to personal data protection.

Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting YOSO.


12. Liability

YOSO shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products or website.

The customer remains responsible for the proper use and maintenance of purchased items.


13. Force Majeure

YOSO cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Transport strikes

  • Internet outages

  • Government restrictions


14. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.

Failing agreement, Moroccan courts shall have jurisdiction.
