1. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors. Yoso reserves the right to correct any errors or update product information at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Yoso reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing. Payment must be made at the time of order using cash on delivery. All prices are listed in Dirhams.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated during checkout based on your location. Yoso is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers. The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from Yoso pass to you upon delivery.
4. Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Yoso error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiations with Yoso before pursuing any legal action. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in Marrakech.
